Important Changes to the 2023 Reservation Request Process
Reservation Requests will be accepted similarly to the previous two years. ONLINE ONLY for a limited time. See dates below.
Individuals and Small Groups will PAY all deposits AT THE TIME OF BOOKING.
For Individual Reservations and Small Groups we plan to utilize a BRAND NEW system, where for the first week campers will be booking using our camp map! For a small fee, campers can choose to use our NEW Select Your Site feature. After that first week, campers will book by unit type - site numbers can be requested in the comments.
Member Login Required
This new online booking system will require you to use an online account.
- If you have stayed with us before, you’ll need to create a password using the email address we have on file for you.
- If you have not stayed with us before, you’ll need to select "New Client" during the booking process and create your password.
The ability to create your password will be available after the campground closes, October 24th. Please visit the Reservation Instructions page to find the link.
Select Your Site Option ($10 fee applies)
For every reservation (Groups or Individuals) where a unit number is specifically requested, a $10 fee to Select Your Site must be selected during your booking process.
This fee does not guarantee you will receive the requested unit number in the event of unplanned maintenance, broken down rigs, and other situations beyond our control. If we are unable to accommodate your request, this fee will be refunded and you will be notified by email.
- If you do not use the Select Your Site feature, you are still guaranteed a site in the same unit type that is selected, just not a specific site number - the campground retains the right to change your reservation's site number.
Why are we now charging $10.00 to Select Your Site?
- It helps ensure that campers are able to get their favorite sites
- Also helps ensure we are able to accommodate all of our guests
We strive to get every guest into the best site possible for their camping unit. With that being said, we try to make sure that a 15 foot pop-up is not placed onto a 70 foot long pull through site. Not paying to Select Your Site leaves us the ability to move units around based on their needs and size, helping us accommodate as many guests as possible. Locking your site/cabin will guarantee your favorite location, unless unforeseen circumstances arise (ex: construction, broken rigs, etc.). This fee is a compromise between the campground being able to accommodate as many campers as possible and giving our campers their favorite sites/cabins.
NEW Dates to Submit Online Reservation Requests
Large & Medium Group Reservation Requests
- An online group form will need to be filled out by the Group Leader only, with information about all members of the group. This form will REQUIRE the following for ALL members of the group:
- first and last name
- requested dates of stay
- total number of people (per reservation)
- phone number & e-mail
- camping unit type & length
- requested cabin / site type
- requested cabin / site number (if choosing the Select Your Site option)
- any special requests
- LARGE Group Reservation Requests for 15 - 25 sites / cabins may
be submitted online starting:
Tuesday, September 27th, 2022 at 6:00pm (EST).
This form will close: September 30th, 2022 at 6:00pm (EST). - MEDIUM Group Reservation Requests for 6 - 14 sites / cabins may be
submitted online starting:
Wednesday, September 28th, 2022 at 6:00pm (EST).
This form will close: September 30th, 2022 at 6:00pm (EST). - After the Large and Medium Group Reservation forms close on September 30th, 2022 at 6:00pm (EST) any remaining requests may be submitted starting on November 1st, 2022 at 12:00pm (EST). Individual and Group bookings may be made using our new online booking system at that time.
Group Payment Information
- Once a reservation specialist reviews your request, we will call within 30 days to ask for payment information (this time-frame could be extended due to high volumes of incoming requests). Reservations are NOT confirmed until payment information has been collected. Once we have attempted to contact you, we can only hold your request for 48 hours without payment information. If payment information is not provided by then, your request will be cancelled.
- If your request has been canceled and you still wish to stay with us, you will need to submit another reservation request online.
- If an individual group member's request has been canceled and then re-submitted, we cannot guarantee placement with the group for that group member.
- For Group Reservation Requests, we will only call the group leader.
- It is up to the group leader to contact individual members to supply payment information to our staff.
- Our staff will begin processing required deposits after November 1st, 2022.
- This is a process that can take most of the winter to complete. Each group member will receive a confirmation email once charged and finalized.
Small Group & Individual Reservations
- Individual and Small Group Reservation Requests for 5 or less sites / cabins may be submitted (ONLINE ONLY) starting:
Tuesday, November 1st, 2022 at 12:00pm (EST).
Reservations will stop being accepted temporarily: Monday, November 7th, 2022 at 12:00pm (EST).
- For the first week campers will be able to book using our camp map by selecting specific site/cabin numbers.
- If you do not use the Select Your Site feature, you are still guaranteed a site in the same unit type that is selected, just not a specific site number - the campground retains the right to change your reservation's site number.
- If every member of a Small Group is requesting a specific site, the Select Your Site product will need to be added for each reservation.
- Small Group reservations will be booked and the deposit paid for by the Group Leader at the time of booking. For each booking the group leader must enter:
- first and last name of the person checking into each site / cabin
- total number of people (per reservation)
- camping unit type & length
- phone number & email
- any other special requests
- Reservations will open again for the season on Monday, November 14th, at 12:00pm (EST). Campers will then book by unit type. Requests for specific site/cabin numbers can be made in the comments if the Select Your Site product was added during the booking process (refunded if the site/cabin is not available).
2023 Reservations & Reservation Requests
- If your request has been canceled and you still wish to stay with us, you will need to submit another reservation request online.
