Account Management
An account is required for access to our new online booking system.
Logging In / Creating a Password
- Returning Customers:
- Select "Returning Client" during the booking process.
- Follow the "Click Here To Recover Password" link and enter the email address you have used with us before.
- You will be sent an email with a link to set up a new password.
- New Customers:
- Select "New Client" during the booking process, enter your email and create a password.
Starting today (October 24th, 2022), returning customers will be able to set up their online accounts in advance! (You will be unable to use this method if you have not previously stayed with us or we do not have your email address on file).
- Click to enter the Member Login area of our new booking engine.
- Click the "Forgot Password" link to create a password for your account. You must use the email address we have on file for you (it can be changed later).
You will NOT be able to make a reservation using this link (at this time). Online reservations will be made available using the link at the bottom of this page, starting Tuesday, November 1st, 2022 at 12:00pm (EST). (The member login link is NOT the same as the reservation link).
SAVE your EMAIL and PASSWORD! We are unable to view or recover a lost password. We can only assist in resetting your password.
Online Booking Instructions
Reservations Using Maps (when available*)
* Maps available Tuesday, November 1st, 12:00 pm (EST) thru Monday, November 7th, 2022 at 12:00pm (EST).
- Click to choose your dates.
- Click to choose a map tab based on the unit type you are looking for.
- Click a GREEN dot to select a specific unit. (RED dots are not available).
- If the unit you want is not available (RED dot):
- If changing your dates is an option, click "View Availability" to view when that site/cabin is available.
- If you cannot change your dates, pick the next site/cabin on your list that is available!
- If the unit you want is not available (RED dot):
- Enter your person count - then click Next.
- This will only hold the site/cabin you selected FOR 10 MINUTES.
- IMPORTANT: Availability is only as accurate as the LAST time the map page loaded. If you and another person have dates that overlap and you are both selecting the SAME site/cabin - whomever has the person count entered and clicks "NEXT" first will get the site.
- A GREEN dot (available) may still be displayed even if the unit is no longer available - until the map is refreshed.
- If you want to book the specific cabin/site you chose on the map – you MUST add the Select Your Site product ($10) for each requested unit during the checkout process.
Reservations Using Categories (No Maps)
Starting Monday, November 14th, 12:00 pm (EST).
- Click to select the category you are interested in reserving.
- Click to choose your dates.
- Click to enter your person count.
- Click the button to "Check Availability" to refresh the list of available options.
- Once you decide on a Unit Type, click the button next to it to "Book Now."
- Use the Quantity drop down if you need more than one of this unit type with the same dates and person counts.
- Requests for specific site/cabin numbers can be made in the comments, only if the Select Your Site product was added for each requested unit number during the checkout process.
Online Group Reservations
Starting Tuesday, November 1st, 12:00 pm (EST).
- During the checkout process, click the button to "Add another." This will return you to the booking process. Select an additional unit using the above instructions, or click on the cart icon to return to your shopping cart.
- Repeat as many times as you need (limit of 25 units per online booking).
- You will be required to pay the total deposit for all units in your shopping cart.
- This process can be used to book for a group (with same or different dates, units and person counts). It can also be used to book multiple stays for yourself during the season.
Select Your Site - Product Details
- If you want to book a specific cabin/site – you must add the Select Your Site product ($10) for each requested unit.
- This fee does not guarantee you will receive the requested unit number in the event of unplanned maintenance, broken down rigs, and other situations beyond our control. If we are unable to accommodate your request, this fee will be refunded and you will be notified by email.
Helpful Tips
- Book the first day you are able to. TIME is more important than ever before when desiring to book a specific site or area!
- Pictures shown for each site are of a typical site of that unit type.
- Make a LIST of sites/cabins you would like to reserve in advance.
- When booking multiple reservations for yourself or a group, book the highest demanded dates (Holidays or July/August) or highest demanded sites/cabins (anything with a view) first.
- Reservations MUST be made online until Monday, November 14th, 12:00 pm (EST). Reservations may be made over the phone after that time.

We are aware that making reservations using the map on a mobile device does not function as expected. Please do not refresh on a mobile browser. We have notified the developers about the issues.
In the meantime, we strongly advise that you make reservations on a desktop or laptop computer.
If you must use a mobile device, then try using the dropdown menus below the map to select the unit type or unit number.
