We have several reservation request forms to choose from, depending on your type of request. Please choose the proper form by using one of the links below. If the link is not present, it means the form has not yet been opened for use or the forms have closed for now. Large & Medium Group Reservation Requests
- An online group form will need to be filled out by the Group Leader only, with information about all members of the group. This form will REQUIRE the following for ALL members of the group:
- first and last name
- requested dates of stay
- total number of people (per reservation)
- phone number & e-mail
- camping unit type & length
- requested cabin / site type
- requested cabin / site number (if choosing the Site Lock option)
- any special requests
- LARGE Group Reservation Requests for 15 - 25 sites / cabins may be submitted online starting:
Monday, October 13th, 2025 at 6:00pm (EST)
This form will close: Thursday, October 16th, 2025 at 6:00pm (EST) - MEDIUM Group Reservation Requests for 8 - 14 sites / cabins may be submitted online starting:
Tuesday, October 14th, 2025 at 6:00pm (EST)
This form will close: Thursday, October 16th, 2025 at 6:00pm (EST) - After the Large and Medium Group Reservation forms close on Thursday, October 16th, 2025 at 6:00pm (EST), any remaining requests may be submitted starting on Thursday, November 13th, 2025 at 12:00pm (EST). Individual and Group bookings may be made using our online booking system at that time.
Group Payment Information
- A reservation specialist will call to ask for payment information (usually within 3 days). Reservations are NOT confirmed until payment information has been collected.
- We will only call the group leader for payment information for each group member.
- After first contact, we can only hold reservation requests for 48 hours without payment information. If payment information is not provided by then, your request will be canceled and you will need to resubmit.
- Reservations that must be re-submitted, are not guaranteed placement with the group.
- If the Group falls below the minimum number of reservations for the form, the entire group will be cancelled.
- Our staff will begin processing required deposits after November 1st.
** Note: We do not recommend using a mobile device to submit group forms.
