On JULY 4th weekend and Labor Day Weekend the following terms apply:
We are filled on the above dates. Due to good sense as well as health and
fire regulations we must ask guests to accept the following conditions.

  • No day guests (visitors) allowed

  • No extra vehicles that are not pre-registered

  • No site changes allowed

  • No refunds due to in climate weather

  • Cancellations must be made 10 days prior to arrival to obtain refund

  • You must notify us of late arrival - if we are not notified the site cannot remain open
