Camping Cabins Terms & Conditions

$3.00 non-refundable booking fee is required.
$10.00 refundable key deposit not included in rates.
TWO DAY MINIMUM STAY - on all June, July, August & September weekends.

DEPOSIT: Advance payment required for 1, 2 & 3 day bookings.
 - 3 nights or less requires advance payment in FULL and $3.00 (non-refundable) reservation fee.
 - 4 to 6 nights requires a minimum deposit of 3 nights and $3.00 (non-refundable) reservation fee.
 - 7 nights or more requires a minimum deposit of 5 nights and $3.00 (non-refundable) reservation fee.
* Holiday reservations require a 3 night minimum, advance payment in FULL and a $3.00 (non-refundable) reservation fee.

AGE LIMIT: The person making the reservation MUST be the same person who will be in the cabin and must be of legal age (21 or over) and MUST agree to be liable for any damage to our property caused by their party.

CANCELLATION POLICY: $25.00 cancellation fee is charged for cancelled reservations. Cancellations must be made 7 days prior to arrival to obtain refund. $25 per day fee applies if you do not stay all the days booked. If cancelled after or upon arrival - first nights fee will not be refunded.

HOURS: Arrive between 3:00 p.m. and 10: 00 p.m. (office closes 10: 00 p.m.)

CABIN NUMBERS: Cabin numbers not issued prior to your admission to the park. We do not guarantee specific cabins but we do our best to honor requests.

PROCESSING: Reservations can take from 7 to 10 days to process during the summer. Reservations can take from 3 to 6 weeks to process during the off-season

GROUPS: We cannot guarantee adjacent sites with cabins if you request differing site types or hook-ups. We cannot guarantee adjacent sites if group reservations are not submitted together. Check our guide to successful Group Camping

RESTRICTIONS: No children in Icopod. No small children in Loft Cabins. Reservations are not refundable due to weather conditions.

All Cabins: Bring your bedding or sleeping bags, grill outside for cooking, use campground showers and toilets, covered porch with picnic table, ceiling fan (no A/C). Bring everything you would if you were camping in a tent. Individual details may vary but cabins generally have one set of single bunk beds, a double bed, lights, electricity, windows, screens. Lake/Bridgeview cabins have restrooms and showers.

SORRY, NO PETS, & NO SMOKING OR COOKING INSIDE CABINS
The person registered will be responsible for the condition of the cabin and site.
