We are family friendly and pet friendly and we enforced an 11 p.m. quiet hour with a toll free number to call if you have any late night disturbances. We have a reputation as a quiet, peaceful park and we work to keep it that way with a pass system at the gate and by policies like "no extra guests on holiday weekends" to avoid overcrowding the park. Some families have a motorhome or popup camper, and start with that. They often change over to a travel trailer, since they don't need to travel with the unit much, the advantage of the motorhome, and they want more space than the popup offers. If you are a seasonal camper and don't want to share the communal bathrooms and showers you'll want to purchase a unit that has those facilities built into it. If you are choosing a travel trailer, you will also need to make sure that either you or a friend or relative has a vehicle that is equipped to tow it.
