We consider groups – 4 or more campers together. 

If you have less than 4 parties and want to be together cross reference the persons you want to be with on top of your reservation. 

Give the first name and the last name of the person you want to be next to or near.

 We have over 55 groups on holidays, everyone wants to be on the lake.  We try to put one site from each group on the lake if possible.  This way the other members of the group can share and enjoy the site.

 Reservations are put in the computer as we receive them – to insure your sites are as close together as possible –all members of group reservations must be sent in together

The name of the group must be on the top of each reservation form.  This is usually the name of the person sending in the forms.

Reservation confirmations will be sent to the group leader (or the person sending in the forms).

Groups for Electric/Water or Sewer/Water/Electric mixed with tents will be placed as close as possible, but cannot be put next to each other.

If one check or credit card is sent in for several sites:

1.     a separate sheet, listing each person and

2.     the amount to be applied to each parties reservation

      Must be submitted with the reservation.

Each reservation must have:

1.     a separate name

2.     address

3.     phone number

4.     unit type

5.     feet of electric cord, etc.

We have very few 20 amp sites in the Sewer/Water/Electric section, they will be given to smaller size units.

If your group wants some 20 amp sites and some 30 amp sites you will not be located next to each other.

All reservation for Holidays will be $2.00 more per site (lake front sites are $3.00 additional per night).

All reservations for 4th of July and Labor Day must be for 3 days or more and paid in advance.  Reservations will not be entered into the system without full payment (deposit for daily and full payment for holidays).


If Group members are:
1. From separate cities or states and/or

2. Not sent in together

    They must have group name on top of reservation form.

  

Each reservation cancellation will be charged:

          Cancellation fee                 $  5.00
Non-refundable reservation fee     $  5.00
        Total Fees                         $10.00

 Each requested change made to a reservation is a $2.00 charge. 

If you call to make a change please be prepared to:

1. give us the date of the reservation
2. the type of hook-up
3. name of the group
4. your name and reservation number (if available)

If canceling - 

You cannot switch or trade a site with another person.

You must cancel the site and
the other person must make a separate reservation.
